Our sizing is standard Australian sizes - please see our SIZE GUIDE on the website.

We will do our best to let you know the fit of as many styles as we can through social media and in the description of the garment.

We accept payments via credit card, debit card & AfterPay

Placing an order through Theia Collective is easy. Once you have selected the item then select the colour, quantity, size and click "Add to Cart".

Any time you would like to check on the products you have selected simply click on the My Cart icon in the top right hand corner. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout from here.

When you add something to your cart it does not automatically save it for you. We recommend processing your order as quickly as possible to avoid missing out.

Our sizes and styles are limited, so to avoid missing out on a particular item please make sure you keep an eye out on our social media pages:

Our items can sell out within hours and we cannot always guarantee to get the same items restocked. We will however always do our best to restock 'popular items'.

When you've finished shopping and reviewed your cart, click the 'Checkout' button.

After placing your order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email. Once you are ready to checkout, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation page where you can select the type of delivery you require, and complete the delivery and/or billing addresses.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by confirming that your order has been dispatched.

For domestic orders, please allow one to two business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.

For international orders, please allow 8 - 15 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.

Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom's processing.

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, excluding weekends and public holidays.  During peak shopping periods (such as Christmas), you may need to allow up to 3 business days for the processing and dispatch of your order.

Additional Services: If you require additional services to the standard services provided by Australia Post such as insurance or a signature on delivery, you will need to advise us in the ‘comments’ field of your order. Costs for these additional services will be invoiced to you with your order.

Tracking Numbers: Will be issued via email by our customer service team as part of the processing of your order and can be viewed at

Responsibility: Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by Australia Post that we cannot be responsible for the delivery.

International taxes/customs charges: You may be required to pay taxes and customs charges for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customers and unfortunately not included to the cost of your order. Charges may differ depending of the total cost of the order and the country of the shipping address. If unsure, please contact your local custom office or email us at info@theiacollective.com.au and we will try to assist you.

Theia Collective is not responsible for any international taxes/custom charges that incur on the shipping of your order. 

Split Delivery: We do not offer Split Delivery. 

Events beyond our control: We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non- happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes but is not limited to: 

o Strikes or other industrial action.
o Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or threat or preparation for.
o Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. o Disruption to supplies or delivery methods.
o Acts of government or regulatory bodies.
o Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks. 

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We cannot take any responsibility for incorrect entry of address details. The customer is liable for any additional shipping costs incurred by us due to incorrect address details provided.

*There are countries that only accept shipments labelled with P.O Box addresses. Shipments for these destinations will be returned to shipper if no P.O Box is displayed in the address:

Yes we ship internationally. To all countries excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Serbia, Algeria, Oman, Montegero and Tunisia.

Yes if an item doesn't fit, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. We process all returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once we have received it. You will be notified via the email address you provided. Click here  to download our returns form.

Theia Collective is online only. We have made it as easy and affordable as we can so you can shop in the comfort of your own home!

Online Return Policy Full priced items can be returned back to us for online store credit. Non-returnable items: Sale or discounted items, jewellery, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, scarf and beanies, sunglasses, beauty products. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. Purchasing our products means you have accepted our terms & conditions. You have also accepted the possibility of a slight variation in colour and size specifications. AUSTRALIA RETURN PROCESS

Please send your return within 7 days of receiving your item/s. You will need to cover the cost of return postage. After 30 days your return will not be accepted. The return policy is applied to all credit cards, & Afterpay  purchases and follows our returned guidelines to assist their customers with the payments.  If you make a return using Afterpay, Theia Collective will issue store credit. You are still expected to complete your payments with Afterpay.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN PROCESS  Please send your return within 21 days of receiving your item/s. You will need to cover the cost of return postage. If you post your return after 21 days and before 42 days, the store credit will be deducted by 20% for restocking fees of the returned items (after discount code or voucher code applied). After 42 days your return will not be accepted. Please send your return directly back to us at:

Return conditions:  The items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, no smell of perfume/deodorant & no make up stains. Please take care when trying on your items. Footwear: must be returned in original conditions, no marks or stains. Returns must be made with original shoes box without any postage labels placed on the box.   

Please note if you damage a garment after wearing it such as button falls off, zip breaks because of wear and tear, we cannot accept garments back for return.  If you use airmail (international orders) or non-express post within Australia, your parcel will be arrived at our office later than returned timeframe.

Theia Collective has the right to refuse your parcel, your parcel will be sent back to you.  We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or if we do not have a replacement. Postage on faulty orders will be applied as a credit to your account.  We do not offer refunds for change of mind in the items or choosing a wrong size.   

Non-returnable items: Sale or discounted items, secret deals and packs, jewellery, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, scarf and beanies, sunglasses, beauty products, watches. If the returned item/s does not meet the above standards, Theia Collective has the right to deny. 

Online Store Credit You will receive an email with details of the store credit. You must have / create an account with Theia Collective before we can issue your store credit.  Online Store Credit issued via online can only be used online. Online Store Credit is valid for six months from issued date. It will expire after this period and cannot be renewed
